Yehudi “Gaf” Gaffen, the CEO of Gafcon, Inc.  CHANDLER, ARIZ. — Group Mobile and Field Automated Communication Systems, LLC (FACS) announced an alliance that will provide a complete construction project management solution for the AEC industry.
